You will always have some acne problems if you aren't eating well. Food is the first defense against acne.
That said, I used to think I had oily skin but I braved it and tried coconut oil on my face. I love it. It does not clog pores, oil fights oil. A thin layer should be fine, obviously don't lather it on. I alternate it with olive and jajoba oil- depending on how my skin feels (once a day usually). Sometimes I skip the oil. It takes a while to get to know your skin.
I also wipe my face with a hydrogen peroxide and tea tree oil mix before the oil. Tea tree oil can be used for spot treatments on pimples.
Coconut oil helps the skin heal faster (like popped zits and scars) and it prevents wrinkles. I love it.
